The 2021 Mississippi Association of Police and Sheriffs "Top Cop" luncheon sponsored by The Hundred Club of Jackson was not able to be held this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our state's top cops did not go unrecognized however, as Mississippi dignitaries visited offices around the state to honor these brave men and women and present them their awards.
