The mission of the Foundation is to receive gifts, contributions and grants of money or property from individuals, private organizations and public and government sources. The Foundation then will apply, pay over or disburse those gifts, contributions and grants or their proceeds for the benefit of the people residing, working or visiting in the City of Jackson, with this objective to be furthered by funding, assisting or undertaking programs and activities designed to strengthen the services, organization, performance, competence, integrity andprofessionalism of the Police Department of the City of Jackson.
